My experience was excellent. I forgot to put the names on the card that would have went with the flowers and called right away. I spoke with Donna who stated she saw the order and was going to call me when she saw the names missing, I just beat her to it! She was very friendly, took down the names that needed to be added to the card and let me know one color of flower was unavailable from the image of the bouquet chosen. I just wanted to send my friend something happy and it was a success! I have told many people about my experience and would recommend Donna to anyone who asks!
